La Guitarra California Festival
Patrick attends the La Guitarra California Festival in San Luis Obispo. Legendary Guitarist Christopher Parkening is honored at the festival with a Lifetime Achievement award. In a special performance, Mr Parkening and singer Jubilant Sykes perform Patrick's arrangement of "Sometimes I Feel Like a Motherless Child."

Rawhide
Hal Leonard Corporation publishes Patrick's arrangement of Rawhide (composer Dimitri Tiomkin) for orchestra with optional solo voice and optional men's chorus. This two and a half minute piece has been played by over 40 orchestras worldwide including the Royal Philharmonic, City of Prague Philharmonic and London Symphony Orchestra.

The London Symphony Orchestra's LSO Live release The Greatest Film Scores of Dimitri Tiomkin, for which Patrick contributed several arrangements and score reconstructions, has been nominated for two Grammys- Nan Schwartz is nominated for her arrangement of Wild is the Wind and James Mallinson for Producer of the Year. Congratulations to all who worked on this landmark film music recording!
